The great thing about this mascara is it dramatically magnifies lashes, but they still look natural! Professional Mascara’s curved brush finds lashes you didn’t know you had, for a great look without the usual clumps and blobs.
My Experience:
I definitely prefer a straight brush, but I’m sure lots of other woman will like this curved version. I find it more difficult to get an even application with a curved brush. The formula was a nice smooth consistency that didn’t clump as promised. I needed a few coats to see any real results as the first coat didn’t seem to have any impact at all. It dried quickly without smudging. I didn’t notice this mascara creating any drama with my lashes but I don’t think it set out to! I think it did an average job at adding volume but there are so many other mascaras, even in the Cover Girl range, that can pump it more than this one.

My Experience:
I love this product…on my eyebrows only though! I’m sure some darker lashed ladies would find it works as a light mascara but I have very fair lashes and I don’t leave home without colouring them in! I would feel too naked! I like how I can shape my eyebrows with it and they stay in shape without feeling sticky or hard. It’s a nice formula and I would believe there are some nutrients in there, just on the basis of how soft my eyebrows feel. I did try it on my lashes too but I didn’t notice any results at all. They didn’t even look shiny or glossy, it just seemed to disappear! Perhaps Cover Girl need to re-market it as a brow gel?!

My Experience:
I found I got a nice, even application with this mascara without any clumps. It did separate my lashes into a formidable fan and created heaps of definition. I was surprised to find it added some extra length to my lashes which wasn’t part of the deal but I wasn’t complaining! I was keen to test its waterproof ability and after some splashing I found it wasn’t anywhere near as water resistant as most other waterproof mascaras. It started to run immediately and left me with the dreaded raccoon eyes, not as bad as a non-waterproof mascara but still visible. This was a big disappointment because this mascara is otherwise a good product. It was easily removed but who cares what it does at the end of the day, it’s while you’re caught in that rain shower that it needs to be doing its job!

My Experience:
I was thoroughly disappointed by this mascara and couldn’t wait to get it off my lashes! Initially, I thought it sounded like a good all-rounder, but unfortunately it was actually very limited in its ability. It did separate my lashes as it combed them out but not into a spectacular fan I had envisaged! There was some volume but nothing more than double my natural volume which is virtually non-existent! Overall, I thought this was a really poor mascara, there was even some clumping when I applied a second coat and it smudged too. This mascara is only good at one thing – illustrating all the things you don’t want your mascara to do!

My Experience:
After being thoroughly disappointed by the non-waterproof version of this Fantastic Lash mascara I was a little skeptical about this one! Rightly so! After applying a few coats of this mascara I found similar lackluster results. The only plus point of this mascara is that it is waterproof but there are so many other waterproof mascaras out there that can offer a little lift, length and love to your lashes as well! This mascara lacks any real positive attributes, which is a shame as similarly Priced brands such as Maybelline and L’Oreal have managed to create amazing mascaras.

My Experience:
After being massively disappointed by the other mascaras in this Fantastic Lash range, I wasn’t expecting much from this curved brush version! However, there was something in that short and curly wand that worked some magic on my lashes! I couldn’t believe my lashes! It applied quite evenly but not without the odd clump here and there, nothing that couldn’t be fixed though. The curved brush lifted my lashes up into a nice curl that actually felt quite soft despite its fixed form. I didn’t experience very much smudging or flaking during the day and the curl held well. What a nice surprise after so much fantastic disappointment!

My Experience:
I was keen to try out this mascara, wondering if it really was mascara royalty! The packaging was very slick and created an instant good first impression. Once I went to work on my lashes I was pleased to find it coated them evenly and seemed to revitalize them with a surge of volume! They were separated without any clumping, even after a second and third coat! I was hooked and decided I would try a few layers! After three coats I was satisfied with the look, stunning full lashes with lots of body! I was impressed how it wore all day without losing any of the volume or smudging. I love this mascara and I love the Price!

My Experience:
I have tried so many Cover Girl mascaras over the years and I have found this to be one of their best yet! The first thing I loved was the different shimmering shades – I was immediately attracted to Black Cabernet as I love a rich dark berry tone. The brush was surprisingly large and as always that can hinder as much as help application. Volume levels immediately exceeded my expectation but I did find reaching those little lashes was difficult and caused some smudging. Apart from that, my lashes were undoubtedly more voluminous and my eyes looked accentuated. I didn’t experience any flaking, just flawless lush lashes all day long!
