I love using witch hazel as an astringent (I'm oily) and tea tree oil is one of my fav spot treatments. Good for those deep, hard painful pimples.

Aspirine is the best one.

i have had acne on my back mostly which even makes me shy away from open back clothes.this is for about 10 years.please hlp me and even my face has pimples all the time and yet i have a combination skin.

Help! Boyfriend coming home for spring break in three days, new job where my visor locks in sweat and has caused three times the worst breakout I've ever had, I'm 17 in 8 days and im in a long distance relationship so I've yet to have my first kiss please help me look perfect for this week! What should I do

Apple cider vinegar is also a worthy acne treatment. It reduces inflammation fairly quickly...I would recommend just a simple spot treatment to those with sensitive skin as it is acidic and therefore may cause some discomfort to the skin, but a slight discomfort from an acne treatment is much more tolerable than the pain of some acne breakouts! That said, I myself haven't experienced much discomfort at all from apple cider vinegar for spot-treating acne breakouts! Good luck.
