In most cases, we don’t have a choice when it comes to attending an office party. But, just because our attendance is enforced does not mean that an office party cannot be a lot of fun. Here are some great ways to liven up an office party.
1. Take it out of the office
You spend all your time at the office with the same set of people. Now you are expected to socialize and have fun with them. The least you can do is change the setting and take the party out of the office.
2. Encourage everyone to get guests
This is another one of the interesting ways to liven up an office party. You all know each other from working together. Add some spice by encouraging everyone to bring at least one guest, ideally their spouse. New people bring new excitement.
3. Create a theme
Although this may sound clichéd, it is one of the most interesting ways to liven up an office party, as long as you choose a good theme. How about reality TV shows that are all a rage at the moment? Pick a reality show that everybody likes and get everyone to dress up as their favorite character.
