While browsing around for some bargain bags, I came across this Bulga tote from the very vast sale section at Last Call Online aka: Neiman Marcus' outlet.
The shape of this bag, reminiscent of the YSL Muse, is what first caught my eye. I also really like the banana color, more of a creamy ivory shade really, because it would look as great with white, as with black, brown...pretty much any color could potentially work with it. Originally priced at $620, it has been reduced 40% to $372...a great price for what is essentially a 4 season bag. You can order one, while they last from Last Call at Neiman Marcus.
I was going to stop there, having found a great bag, at a deep discount, but then, I came across this bag at Bergdorf Goodman, NYC sister to Neiman Marcus.
It's also by Bulga, it appears to be the identical bag (albeit available in mocha and blue, not banana) and it's also on sale. But this bag began it's life priced at $720, and has been reduced a bit more than 20% to $540.
Sure the discrepancy could be based on something like a shipping period, the Neiman one having shipped earlier, but it seems silly to me, especially since the Neiman Marcus one is a more unique shade, and yet just as neutral as the mocha...not to mention, the $170 difference in price.
