And during your lifetime your heart will beat about 3 billion times and pump about 800 million pints (that's 378 million liters) of blood. A normal heart will beat about 70 to 80 times per minute. Over 70 to 80 years, it gives a few billion beats. That is one powerful machine inside you!

Gold is basically, pretty much indestructible. Almost all the gold ever mined still exists today… all 165,000 tons (182,000 tons) of it, which happens to be only enough gold to fill two Olympic-sized swimming pools. All it would neatly fit under the Eiffel Tower. Not a lot, huh? That is because you have to drill through 250 tons of rock, then beat it to a pulp, THEN chemically treat it to get enough gold for only a single wedding ring!
