The Purple Rain singer - who is to play a series of shows at London’s The O2 arena starting this week - has been romantically linked to his backing vocalists, the exotic duo Twinz.

Twinz refused to reveal their real names or ages to Stuff.co.nz, however, we were able to dig up the identities of the exotic beauties - Nandy and Maya Mclean. The pair won’t confirm if their intimate on stage relationship with Prince continues behind closed doors.

They stated “He is a cool cat, always dressed to impress. And he keeps us laughing all the time.” Prince - who has previously been romantically linked to Sheena Easton, Carmen Electra and Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles, has been married twice - to dancer Mayte Garcia and Manuela Testolini.

Prince is said to have a mesmerising effect on the opposite sex - Kim Basinger’s brother was once forced to whisk her away from the singer’s house.

Prince, who once described sex as the “most important thing in the world”, allegedly requested his Los Angeles hotel penthouse suite was re-carpeted with white shag and decorated with a huge purple Prince logo on the wall for the duration of his stay.
