Personally I think Thandie Newton deserve this more than Natalia Vodianova. Natalia has had more misses than hits, which is the exact opposite for Thandie.
Outside the top 10, Jemima Khan, Hugh Grant's ex was 12th, Madonna was 15th Actresses Sienna Miller (18th), Keira Knightley (21st), Rachel Weisz (22nd), Kate Winslet (23rd) and Emma Watson (24th) came further down the list.
Sienna can not be happy with her position.
