Happy New Year!

I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year! May 2007 bring you everything you deserve. My current favourite saying (by Paul 'Bear' Bryant) is "If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride and never quit, you'll be a winner. The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards". I aim to keep this at the forefront of my mind in whatever I do during 2007. My main resolution (aside from adopting a healthier lifestyle and making my wardobe work better!) is to maintain a positive outlook. Decide what it is you want then make it happen. Believe in yourself, aim high, and you can achieve. We're only here for a very short time. Once today is over you can never live it again, so make the most of it.

B Glam received it's highest number of unique visitors yesterday - what a great way to end 2006. Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year. B Glam is a new (ish) blog trying to compete with established style blogs that have been around for a whole lot longer. Nonetheless, the response i've had is fantastic and this spurs me on to keep writing and to keep trying to make B Glam better and better. I started to write this blog to include all the things that interest me:~ celebrity fashion, deals and steals, new trends, hot items...but I would be grateful to anyone who would like to email me at bglam@hotmail.com with your own suggestions as to what works and what doesn't. What posts do you enjoy reading? What would you like to see more of? Please do take 5 minutes out your day to let me know by email or by leaving a comment.

If you enjoy B Glam don't keep it to yourself - tell you friends and post about us on forums you visit! Finally, I can't quite believe i'm quoting Paris Hilton but she once said the only rule about fashion is "don't be boring and dress cute wherever you go. Life is too short to blend in". The last part I certainly agree with. Never wear colour? Feel stupid wearing a hat? Well, make 2007 the year that all this changed. Take a risk and most of all HAVE FUN!
