Caffeine has been proven to disturb your sleep and make it hard for you to fall asleep at night. It can upset your intestines and cause you to constantly wake up and have a light sleep.

It is important that you get enough sleep each night if you are looking to wake up feeling rested. On average, you should get around eight hours of sleep each night. So, make sure you go to bed on time and don’t stay up all night partying or you will not be able to wake up feeling rested like you want.

I have found that when I am under stress, it is difficult to wake up in the morning. I am sure some of you can relate to this feeling. Therefore, you need to find a way to eliminate that stress from your life. Besides, stress is not good on your health.

If you are looking to waking up feeling rested each morning, then believe it or not, being on a nutritious diet is a good idea. If you have nothing but junk food and no healthy food, then your body is going to feel sluggish. You may even want to try a toxin clean diet, such as a lemonade diet, but don’t overdo it.

Each morning, when I wake up, I go to my sink and splash cool water on my face. The cool water helps me wake up feeling rested. Not only do I enjoy splashing it on my face, but I also enjoy drinking it each morning. You should try the same.

Something that definitely prevents me from getting up: COLD AIR. Blankets are so cozy and warm... Things I can get up for? Important duties I have for the day and cute guys. ;)

I do the same as Olga, and I always look forward to seeing the guys I have mini-crushes on. Totally gets me pumped. ;P

I love putting together an outfit and deciding on the makeup the night before, so that when I wake up I can be looking forward to getting dressed for the day. I try to add something different to my old outfits every day and see how that works, it's riskier than wearing the outfit that you've already tested and you know looks perfect, but it's much more fun too! :) That and the prospect of a fresh chocolate croissant and a cup of cappuccino in a nearby French bakery help me get out of bed feeling rested and happy.
