Aztec Indians were no fools, believe me! They had been aware of this chocolate’s property before any scientific tests have been done to confirm it. Thanks to the chemical named theobromine, chocolate can really put you and your significant other in that sexy mood. So, next time you’re ready for some “action” light up the allwomenstalk.com

Chocolate has chemicals called flavonoids which prevent blood from clotting so a person suffering from heart problems could definitely benefit from a bite or two of this delicious treat. Feel free to incorporate dark chocolate into your eating regiment even if you don’t have any heart problems because it can help prevent them as well as many other cardiovascular diseases.

Chocolate is, indeed, a universal relief for all those situations charged with negative emotions. Relationship problems, family drama or painful periods – chocolate helps us feel much better, right? This is not silly or a mass trend, chocolate really acts like an antidepressant. It takes just one bite of your favorite Hershey bar or Milka for your brain to start producing happy hormones.

Scientists say that we can enjoy our favorite treat without the fear of acne or breakouts! Now, that’s what I call a great piece of information! You see, cocoa bean has many antioxidants so its tasty product we all know as chocolate actually does our skin good! You can eat it, put it directly on the face or (my personal favorite) both!

Cacao beans, from which the chocolate is made, grow on a tree called Theobroma (food of gods). Aztec Indians obviously thought chocolates heavenly taste is good enough for gods and, since I believe there is a goddess in all of us, the only thing left to say is – dig in ladies, it’s made for you!

Fans of white chocolate should go easy on this sweet because, technically, it’s not chocolate at all. Unlike black and milk chocolate that do contain cocoa powder and chocolate liqueur, white chocolate has only cocoa butter to thank for its chocolaty taste. And, yup, it has some of the chocolate’s healthy properties but not as nearly as much as the regular chocolate.

I absolutely love that bitter-sweet taste dark chocolate has and knowing that it’s rich in many nutrients my anemic body could use makes me like it even more! Zinc, copper, magnesium and iron are just some of the dominant ones so these, plus the ones described above and we’ve just got ourselves quite a supplement!

…Or, is it? Well, scientists claim that a wonderful feeling of chocolate melting in your mouth has a much better effect! Eating it raises the brain activity and makes the heart rate go up, plus, the feeling, which is by the way, the same one you’ll get from kissing, lasts four times longer! Hm… Now, this makes me wonder what would happen if we combine these two…

We have Cadbury to thank for the way chocolate looks and tastes today! This company has produced the world’s first chocolate bar almost two centuries ago… In 1842, to be precise.

Now, let’s see those numbers – Americans spend 13 billion dollars per YEAR on chocolate. 60% percent of them considers a box of chocolates an ideal holiday gift. Chocolate manufacturers use million pounds of milk per DAY to produce this sweet, which, you’ll have to agree, is completely rational considering the fact that 63% of people say that, whenever they buy a chocolate for somebody else, they buy one for themselves too!
Did you know these things? I bet all this talk about chocolate made you want to eat one, right? It sure made me feel that way. What is your favorite brand and taste?
