1. Baked Scallops
Oh, these are sinfully good. I have a friend who orders a plateful of baked scallops every time we dine out and I always end up eating half of them.

Oh, these are sinfully good. I have a friend who orders a plateful of baked scallops every time we dine out and I always end up eating half of them.
The main ingredients for this soup are red beets, white beans, and coleslaw cabbage. Sounds healthy, right? I bet this smells awesome, too.
My mouth watered when I saw this photo. This calls for feta cheese, jalapeno peppers, olive oil, garlic, juice of a lemon (and zest), and salt and pepper.
Mix your favorite yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and granola and you got yourself a healthy snack! This is also an easy dessert idea for a party.
This recipe is for the ladies out there who love to bake. And when you end up baking a loaf or two, please send some slices my way. I will be forever grateful.
