Paris Hilton is reportedly getting set to go under the knife - to fix her drooping eyelid.

The Hilton hotel heiress is said to have undergone plastic surgery six years ago to lift her eyelids. However, an insider revealed that the muscles of her left eye were reportedly damaged during the procedure, and left it "drooping" more than her right eyelid.

Paris has recently made things worse by ignoring doctors’ orders and wearing tinted contact lenses to turn her brown eyes blue, reports the New York Post.

"They have been drying out lately. She is ignoring doctors’ orders to not wear her tinted contacts," the paper quoted the source, as saying.

However, Paris’ rep Elliot Mintz dismissed the rumours, and said that to "the best of his knowledge", the ‘Simple Life’ star had never undergone any kind of plastic surgery, and had not seen a doctor to fix her eyelid.

"To the best of my knowledge, Paris has never had any kind of cosmetic surgery and has not mentioned any medical procedures having to do with her eyes," Mintz said.
