Who does not love Williams-Sonoma? But, now you will love it even more because they offer these wonderful cooking classes that you can sign up for the entire series or one at a time. I like the latter option because it gives the most flexibility to fit/accommodate my schedule. As everything in Williams-Sonoma, their cooking classes are also top of the line. They are led by professional chefs and feature cuisines from all over the world. The classes include demonstrations and samples of prepared dishes as well as printed recipes that you can take home.

If you are in the McLean area, at the Tyson’s Corner Center, they will be offering soon “Main-Course Salads” on Tuesday, January 23, and “All About Chocolate” on Monday, February 5 and Tuesday, February 6. Classes are usually 2 hours long in the morning from 9:30 – 11:30 am. Sometimes they have evening classes like the one on February 5. The cost per class is $45.

The classes fill up quickly, so it is highly recommended that you sign up early. Here is the number for info 703-917-7822 or visit williams-sonoma.com.

Not only will you broaden your culinary experience, but you will learn techniques and new FLAVORS!! Yummy!
