How often do we have time to ourselves in our busy lives? Book a Reiki session, and get away from it all. You´ll be able to lie down and relax, with no interruptions. Me time! You know you need it …

Reiki is gentle and non-invasive. There is no need for needles or aids of any kind. If you prefer not to be touched then Reiki is the perfect therapy for you, as the practitioner can keep their hands hovering above your body.

It releases emotional blockages. I can testify to this! After my very first session, during a highly stressful period in my life, I began to feel changes in my emotions. I was noticeably more relaxed and less stressed.

Reiki is a very practical therapy to carry out. It can be done anywhere, with the person lying down or seated. It also doesn´t require a lot of space, at most a treatment couch or mat with enough room for the therapist to move around.
What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!

The Reiki energy goes to where it is needed. The therapist acts as a conduit, and does not need to work on particular areas, although they may sense blockages in particular parts of the body.

It helps the body to heal itself. While conventional medicine has its place, and I would never advocate refusing necessary treatment, alternative therapies such as Reiki work on the whole body, not just on treating the symptoms.

The effect of a session will last for several days, and won´t dissipate as soon as you leave the treatment room. It is particularly beneficial to have regular ´top up´ sessions, so that you can continue to enjoy the benefits, especially if you have a busy and stressful life.

You don´t even need to be in the same room as a Reiki healer, or even the same country, to receive the benefits of Reiki healing. If you are willing to receive healing, then the energy can be sent to you wherever you are.
