These summer drinks are perfect as a cool down, great to boost weight loss, nutritious and healthy, not to mention easy to prepare. Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order given, and you will be o the way to a refreshing snack!

1-cup ice cubes, ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries, ¼ cup yogurt, 2 tbsp pomegranate juice, 2 tsp peach nectar. Yields 149 calories and a whopping 6 grams of fiber per serving
