How can you make someone eat healthy food when they hate fruits and vegies? A lot of people don't like fruits and vegetables because they've never had them prepared correctly or had them in season.why not try different cooking methods ( broil, steam , bbq !). It's a good idea to experiement as different foods taste differrent when cooked using different methods. But eating fruits and vegies is the best excuse to go on a diet.
