Giveaway Handmade Earrings from Asters in August ...

I am so pleased to bring to you not only a giveaway **but another wonderful inspirational story of how a beautiful Etsyshop began. Laura from Asters in Augustis a stay at home mom of two wonderful children who she adores, and with her jewelry shop she gets to maintain a sense of **creativity **and **fashion; a part of who she is. Hot Pink Link Earrings...
"Just the right pop of color for Summer! I individually wire wrapped three hot pink chalcedony teardrops and hung them onto a 'chain' of three hammered metal rings. The earrings were then hung on french ear wire. The hot pink chalcedony teardrops are a deep, rich pink color closer to red than they are to soft pinks. All metal used is sterling silver and they are 2 1/2" long "
"I'm influenced a great deal by what colors and styles are on trend right now, however, you can usually count on a vintage influence in my designs. I love the old hollywood glamour of the 1940s but I am also fascinated with the 1970s disco era. My 'all over the map' design esthetic means a little something for every woman to choose from. I am a self taught artisan and have been making jewelry on and off for over 20 years. My goal is to make affordable, high quality jewelry for modern women."
