Considering Aubrey is a former PETA advocate, I'm not sure what kind of message this furry disaster of a dress sends across. Leather and fur with embroidered birds?? Tsk. WHAT was Aubrey thinking when she wore this to Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood?

2. Courtney Love

Is anyone truly surprised to see Courtney on this list? Somehow Courtney manages to take the prettiest dresses and turn them into hideous ensembles. What's with the headgear and the fuchsia clown face? Clearly, Courtney has never heard of drawing the line.

3. Erin Wasson

Call the fashion police and have Erin arrested! I love jumpsuits but that has to be the single most ugliest jumpsuit ever witnessed by mankind and can you believe that is a Louis Vuitton creation?? Clearly, luxury fashion houses don't always mean gorgeous designs.

4. Katie Price

This is the kind of outfit that gives people nightmares about alien abductions. I mean, seriously with all that silver, the iPod headgear, the unusually large *ahem* chest, the heavily altered face, Katie has truly managed to reach new levels of hideousness. So much for being a "glamor model".

5. Leighton Meester

The world gasped with fright when they saw Leighton in this disaster Marchesa jumpsuit at the Harry Winston cocktail party and I joined in. What had happened to our dearest Blair? I hate to put Leighton on this list considering some of her fabulous wardrobe choices in the past but it has to be done. A lesson must be learnt.

6. Nicki Minaj

Apparently, Nicki was quoted as saying that this crazy carnival inspired "dress" by Manish Arora made her feel "festive". Oh how perceptions differ. The only thing this dress makes me want to do is claw my eyes out.

7. Lady Gaga

I know we've come to expect only the strangest from Lady Gaga and usually, I find myself appreciating her outrageousness but the meat dress was something else! The dress itself has been discussed and dissected endlessly so I'll spare you my comments. What I want to know instead is what is this woman on?!

8. Mischa Barton

There was a time when I quite liked Mischa's indie style. I would even go as far as calling it cute. Then, her career went downhill and took her fashion sense with it. We miss you Old Mischa. I know you're hiding somewhere under all those colorful skulls and that fugly flapper dress.

9. Phoebe Price

And then there are some celebrities who have a permanent spot on this list. Case in point: Phoebe Price. Surely, she has to have a sadistic streak in her somewhere to be dressed this hideously ALL the time! All those colors, all the patterns and the head gear....I think I need to sit down!

10. Snooki

Now here's another "celebrity" *cough* who is guaranteed to make it on this list year after year. Where else would you be with trashy outfits like that (⇧) combined with the repulsive signature pouf and skanky attitude? I don't think I've ever hated a celebrity as much as I hate her. Blech!

11. Taylor Momsen

Although I don't know why anyone would want to emulate Courtney Love, here's presenting our modern day Courtney: Taylor Momsen! There are many definitions of "edgy" but I'm pretty sure walking around without pants isn't one of them. I wish she had learned a thing or two from Jenny Humphrey (although I've always wanted to kill Little J!).

12. Kesha

My only request for Kesha in the New Year? Hire a new stylist! Surely, you can afford one. I don't think any of us can handle being subjected to neon greens, face paint and trash bags anymore.

P.S: Take a shower! Please?
