Collage Pendant Necklace, Blue Butterfly - These delightful collage pendants are made with using vintage paper and illustrations from textbooks, children's books, nature guides, even classroom notes. The pendants are preserved using a coat of glossy resin. Each necklace is strung on a handmade chain, adorned vintage Lucite beads from the 40s, 50s and 60s and blackened steel wire finished with a handmade clasp. Did you know that steel wears surprisingly well? As you wear it, the oils in your skin provide a protective coating to the metal which helps to prevent rust (but don't wear it in the shower!)
