This ensemble is a very contrived in my opinion to give off the opinion that she does not care about her looks while pouting. Either that or is was laundry day.

I have no pleasure in adding America Ferrera to the worst dress this, but she truly deserves her place here. H I D E O U S. I am crying inside.
Fergie wears a dress far too youthful for her. This dress would be great on Ashley Tishdale or Hilary Duff.
