I was honored to get from Estee Lauder, the new

"Amber Nude Collection"
from Estee Lauder/Tom Ford.

First off, let's just say this line is the most decadent, luxurious line I've ever seen. The packaging is gorgeous. Sleek ribbed gold packaging that feels good in the hand, with elegant stone encrusted closures. You can tell when a company puts money into a product. You feel it. You see it. It shows.

First off was the Face Gloss. Available in 2 colors, Amber Nude (gold) and Polished Amber (pink), these shimmer face creams are amazing. Beautiful shimmers that light up the face and have no feel at all. Perfect for cheekbones, eyes, collarbones.

Next was the Amber Nude Lipsticks.

Well, I'm usually a fan of lip glosses, but these lipsticks have converted me. Super silky feel, no thick tacky residue. And it lasted great. Spiced Amber is a top seller (a bronzy shimmer) but my love is Amber Buff (rosy) and Amber Nude (soft beige) more in tune for fall.

Though the prices may be up there for most (lipstick $35 and face gloss $40) don't let that stop you. You definitely get what you pay for in quality and performance. Treat yourself to one item and you won't regret it. You'll feel like a million bucks.
