Spoon homemade or store-bought lemon curd into a phyllo shell. Top with fresh blueberries and lemon-zest.

Mix 1 egg, ¼ cup milk, and ½ tsp. vanilla. Spread 2 slices of bread with raspberry jam, dip in egg, and cook on greased skillet for about 5 minutes, flipping once ½ way through cooking time. Top with strawberries and bananas.

Melt 1 cup chocolate in saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 TBS> honey. Stir. Mix 1 cup cornflakes and ½ cup dried fruit (bananas or apples, or a mixture of whatever you like) Drop by spoonful; chill for 6 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate.

Spread a vanilla wafer with peanut butter. Tip with another cookie. Dip ½ in melted chocolate, and then dip in chopped nuts.

Mix brownies according to directions .Add 1 cup chopped cherries. Bake as usual. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Blend 1 pound (16 oz.) frozen strawberries and add ¾ cup sugar. Pour into a bowl and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times.
