Stella McCartney's New Organic Skincare Range Care

It's a good thing for the organic beauty industry when the big fashion names decide they want a piece of the action. Of course, it is only natural that Stella McCartney should be making waves with her new range Care, after all she's already launched a GMO and animal testing free perfume range 'Pampering' and is a big campaigner for all things animal friendly.

So this range is bound to get a few tongues wagging. The EcoCert certified products are all organic and derived from nautral sources. Stella says, "We are at the start of a new century now and not just living on the leftovers of a tree-hugging society. I think that people expect luxury from their organic products, and yet those are two words that are never linked together. I know that most of what I put on my skin is also being absorbed by my body. I eat organic food and I live a fairly healthy lifestyle, so I demand that of my skincare.

"I believe that it's possible to have luxurious skincare that doesn't compromise one's personal beliefs or the safety of the environment. I also feel it is important to have people like myself that commit to an organic skincare line and lead the larger beauty producers to go into this area."

The range includes cleanser, floral toning water, moisturisers and a 'discovery set' with four sample sized products.

Care will be released on April 22nd. Our US readers can get the products online at Sephora with prices from $34.
