REVIEW Wet amp Wild

Okay, I'll admit it, but I'm a big fan of Wet & Wild. Why? Great products that deliver, at a super price. And hey, I may start to sound like an ad, but hey, even makeup artists like me can't always afford a $24 lipstick sometimes, you know? And when something really works, I'll be the first to let you know.

Here are some new items that W&W (thank you!) sent my way. Holding my breathe and fingers crossed, yes, they've got some more great products added to their super affordable goodies!

MegaGlo Face Illuminator

I love, love, LOVE this! I wasn't sure how this would look on, but this beautiful rose colored shimmer cream (in Rosy) looks great and applies just the right amount of glow without making you look like a Las Vegas Showgirl...another testimonial to my claim that you don't have to spend a ton of money to look great! I used this recently on a photo shoot to create a sheen to the model's cheeks.
In 4 colors:
341 Blushing
342 Toasty
343 Rosy
344 Sun-Kissed

Ulimate Sheer
Tinted Moisturizer w/ SPF 15

Usually tinted moisturizers to me mean, ah, water. As in no coverage, nothing. Just watered down foundation. Wow. Not this one. For a tint, I was amazed at how much coverage I got. I got the color in Natural, which went on very nude with a touch of gray in it (??) but I noticed it evened out pink and brown easily and didn't leave a gray cast at all. And this dries matte to a non feel. Perfect for oily skin, hot days (or hot dates??) to where you really don't need to put powder over it. If you're looking for a great tinted moisturizer at a steal price, run out and get this. I love love love. Hopefully they'll add more colors to this great item.
In 4 colors:
181 Nude
182 Natural
183 Sun-Kissed
184 Tan

MegaPump Bronzer

Looking for a shimmer bronzer? Though fall (and spring) trends will showcase matte bronzers, sometimes a girl's just gotta glam it up for night. In a pump bottle, just one pump and this golden rust bronze shimmers beautifully. Let the light hit it (or candlelight??) and it's just right. Hint: don't like using your fingers? Pick a brush that's smaller than a blush brush but the same cut and feel, and apply and blend with the brush. Easier to apply. Oh, and I've got my eye on their similar MegaPump in Shimmer. Pretty!

MegaEyes

A trio of beautiful colors, I noticed these shadows went on similar to Maybelline's in that they 'stuck' on. As in no flying away powder or see through pigment, and it adhered perfectly. It stayed on for hours with no creasing.

Oh and looking for a shine to rival that of Mac's LipGlass?
Here you go.... Glassy Glass Lip Gloss
