Bombshells Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards are being sued by two paparazzi photographers who claim the stars defamed them and that they were assaulted during a laptop-throwing incident. The photogs filed suit in LA Superior Court Friday, claiming they have been suffering from nightmares since a November 2006 incident with Richards and Anderson in Vancouver where the pair were filming Blonde and Blonder. According to the suit, Richards "stormed up several flights of stairs to their balcony, launched into a 20-minute verbal tirade and physical assault, and called both men 'paparrazi scum.'... She pushed and hit both [photographers] Fedyck and Cosman, snatched their laptop computers from their hands, and threw them over the balcony with total disregard for...other guests, including an elderly woman in a wheelchair who was struck by one of the falling computers." Richards and Anderson are also accused of making false claims to police of harassment, stalking, assault, battery and trespassing and defaming the plaintiffs. At the time of the incident, Richards called her actions a mistake and apologized to the elderly woman who had been hit. Anderson said the film set had been hassled by rude paparazzi and wrote on her blog, "If it were me I would've thrown the photographers over the edge - they got lucky." Reps for the stars have not commented on the lawsuit.
