If you don’t know it yet, Casey Aldridge is an IDIOT. Maddie's daddy apparently took photos of Jamie Lynn Spears while she's breastfeeding.
Naturally, there will be some underage breast exposure if you idiotically capture a moment like that on film.
So what did Jamie Lynn's genius of a BF do? According to TMZ, he took the camera card to a local Wal-Mart in Louisiana to make copies.
Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics - or buying them - could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting child pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor's breast - even if not taken for sexual purposes - could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.
Just a word for the wise for Casey. This probably wouldn't have been an issue if you took picturesof your girlfriend while breastfeeding if she's not the sister of Britney Spears – and she's not a minor!
When you take pics of your **celebrity girlfriend **to a one-hour photo – the guy there would naturally want to make extra copies for some extra cash.
And since you're not dense enough to figure this out by yourself in the first place – well, you've learned your lesson the hard way.
