Makeup, for just $1. Where do you see that anymore? Well, I reviewed ELF (eyes . lips . face) cosmetics when they first came out, what, about 1-2 years ago? And it's good!
My Expert pick: Try the eye shadow. Great colors, go on smooth and stay on for a good 4-5 hours. I liked the palette that was a mossy gray duo.. a soft khaki and a greener moss gray. Looked dull in the pan, but on it's absolutely beautiful, especially with brown eyes. How often do you see brown eyes light up with shadow colors? With this one it did. Also, note, that their lip glosses are as they are in the tube. Slightly sheer, but color wise what you see is what you get.
Even better? Get the Shimmering Facial Whip. It's the tube in the middle in the photo. Comes in a pretty shimmer pink that looks very intense in the tube (very very shimmery!) but goes on very pretty. Great for tops of cheeks.
