Which type of shampoo should you choose? That has been a big question by many. There are many different types of shampoo. There are shampoos for oily hair, normal hair, damaged hair and dry hair. Choose the shampoo based on your hair. You should also carefully choose the conditioner. Avoid using the same shampoo for a long period of time. I never use the same shampoo as this will affect the texture of my hair. From time to time, I like to change brands and go back and forth.

Just as the sun does damage to your skin, it also does damage to your hair. Whenever I go in the sun, I notice my hair getting dry. When you go to the beach, the sun and salt water gets in your hair and it could cause you to have split ends. Always use something to protect your hair. Umbrellas, hats and caps are popular.

I like olive oil. It comes in handy for a number of reasons. Apply it to your hair, wrap it in a towel for a couple of hours, then shampoo it and condition it. It will give you the bouncy, glossy look.
Applying fresh Aloe Vera pulp to your hair is a good idea. It will add color to your hair and make it shiny. It darkens the color of your hair, makes it look glossy and enhances the growth.
Why do this? So that you can massage your scalp. This will regulate the growth of your hair. If you would like to massage it and not comb it, then do that instead.

Sleep and exercise, believe it or not, is not only good for having a great body. It is also needed for maintaining great looking hair. Your hair needs food for nutrients, but it also needs sleep and exercise in order to maintain its texture and grow.
