7 Yummy Coffee Drinks ...

I love fall! All the changing colors, the cute boots and sweaters, and the tasty coffee drinks! I’m always on the lookout for easy, delicious coffee drink recipes, and I’ve found a few new ones I love! Here’s my list of 7 yummy coffee drinks, perfect for fall days and nights, all very easy to make!

1 Brazilian Coffee (adapted from Folgers)

Ingredients: 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 14-ounce can on sweetened condensed milk, 4½ cups water, 1 cup of coffee

Directions: Combine everything except the water and coffee in a small saucepan and mix well. Slowly stir in the water and coffee over medium heat and remove from heat when smooth. Don’t let it boil, though, or you’ll scorch the milk! Add a cinnamon stick for garnish and top with a little whipped cream. Yum!

Ingredients: 1 cup of coffee (8 ounces), ¼ cup marshmallow ice cream topping
Directions: Add the marshmallow fluff to the bottom of a coffee cup, then pour the hot coffee in and stir well. Add mini marshmallows to top… don’t drink this right before bed! It’s sure to have you wired from all the caffeine and sugar, but it’s so good!

3 Raspberry Mocha Coffee (adapted from Folgers)

Ingredients: 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup of whole milk, 1 tablespoons raspberry syrup, 4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, ½ cup of coffee

Directions: Whip together the first 4 ingredients and chill. Combine and heat the rest over low heat until just before they boil, then top with the whipped cream. This is a lot of work, but so worth it! Garnish with fresh raspberries.

4 Mexican Cinnamon Coffee (adapted from Folgers)

Ingredients: 1 cup of coffee (8 ounces), 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Directions: Mix the brown sugar into the hot coffee until it’s fully dissolved, then top with whipped cream. Garnish with ground cinnamon. It’s so easy to make, and it’s so delicious! It makes a great alternative to hot cider.

5 Peppermint Mocha (adapted from Coffee-Mate)

Ingredients: 2 shots of espresso, 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup, ¼ cup milk, ¼ cup peppermint mocha flavored liquid coffee creamer

Directions: Pour the hot espresso and chocolate syrup together, then heat the other ingredients together while whipping with a fork, then pour over the espresso and chocolate. Garnish with a peppermint stick. This one is good all the way through Christmas!

6 Dulce De Leche Coffee (adapted from Coffee-Mate)

Ingredients: ¾ cup hot water, 1 stick pack of instant coffee, 1 stick pack of powdered creamer, 1 tablespoon of caramel or dulce de leche

Directions: Combine water and coffee grains in a large mug, then stir in creamer and caramel. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel… so tasty and rich!

7 Ginger Chai Cappuccino

Ingredients: ½ teaspoon diced candied ginger, 2 shots of espresso, 2 tablespoons of chai-flavored coffee creamer

Directions: Add the candied ginger to the bottom of a coffee mug, then pour in hot espresso, stir until the ginger’s dissolved, then stir in the creamer. This is so rich and delicious, you’ll be hooked! It tastes so exotic, too…
