So summer's almost gone and you don't have that summer body you planned to have 4 months ago, don't worry, it's not too late! Follow these 6 easy tips and you'll be able to strut your stuff in no time.

1. Clean eating

If you want a flat stomach, don't skip meals, try clean eating instead! Don't think you have to sacrifice taste for clean eating though, try a different range of spices whether it's on your quinoa, chicken breast, or a salad. Always make sure your'e getting your leafy greens 2-3 times a day and fruit in the morning.

2. Spices

Spices are known to remove toxins and help your metabolism. They help with bloated tummies and will remove nasty toxins resulting in a flat tummy and clear skin. Try sprinkling some paprika or cayenne powder on your food next time and sip on some ginger tea.

A soda can has easily 200 calories, and 45g of sugar. Yikes! Instead of drinking soda or juice opt for water, tea, and natural fruit and veggie smoothies. Remember, you should be getting at least 2 liters of water anyways. TIP: Just keep drinking water until the color of your pee is pale straw.

Try getting your cardio in for at least 30 minutes long everyday of the week, no excuses. You can try running, HIIT, cycling, just try choosing something you enjoy doing so it doesn't feel like a chore.

5. Weightlifting

If you want to see fast results, lift weights after your cardio. You burn off all the fat and gain muscle, enough said!

6. reward yourself

Instead of rewarding yourself with a "cheat meal" try rewarding yourself with cute workout attire or that cute bikini you've been eyeing. This motivates you to continue working hard instead of justifying bad health choices.
