I love the gold clutch and shoes. Perfect touch.

Hilary Duff looks hideous. She has tried to look quirky here and it just does not work. The beret, the boots, the dress, the tights do not work together here. Had this been Chloe Sevigny, this would/may have worked.

Stick to what you know best and what works for you Hilary.

Jamie Lynn Spears' dress is cute enough, but the badger hair is so played out.

I knew it would not be long before Frances Cobain embraced her inner goth. She was looking so cute a few months ago, but I can not hate this look, because it works on her.

This is a great red and black dress on Kaycee Stroh.

Bratz star Nathalia Ramos wore monochrome halter, which was a perfect choice for her.

Madeline Zima looks every inch the A List star in this strapless taffeta dress with black accents.

Graphic tees are a no no on the red carpet, but Selena Gomez is young and cute and the tee is cute.

Genevieve Cortese is just gorgeous, even in this plain grey dress.

Jurnee Smollett has too much Va-Va Voom going on for a teen event.

I love this ensemble on Daniella Monet, especially the waistcoat.

Amber Stevens would have looked better if the high-waisted shorts were not turned up.
