S'mores Cake Mix Cookies

This recipe combines two things you love most - s'mores and cookies. You can't go wrong. Ingredients: 1 devil's food cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 cup mini marshmallows 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, crushed Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer, combine the cake mix, oil and eggs. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows. Scoop out balls of the dough and roll them in the crushed cracker crumbs. Ingredients: 1 box red velvet cake mix 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place foil in a 9x9 baking pan, then coat with cooking spray. Beat together the cake mix, butter and egg to form a stiff dough. Press 1/2 the dough into the baking pan.
