Yes, it’s repeated over and over again, like the lyrics to It’s a Small World or a skipping vinyl during your favorite song. It does have to be mentioned though in the category of changes a person can make to better their lives. The good thing here is, it doesn’t have to be anything drastic. No one’s asking you to go vegan day one. Start by snacking better with delicious choices that won’t derail your weight loss or slimming down progress. Cutting back on calories and excessive fats doesn’t have to mean eating gross food. It means enjoying fresh berries, fruit, grains, and chocolate in moderation.
