Rimmel promise this product can create the same va va voom voluminous lashes as the orginal but offer water resistance too. Let’s see if they are right…

My Experience:
I was interested to see if this product would be as effective as the original as there is usually less results in terms of volume from waterproof mascara. My first observation was that it wasn’t as messy and gloopy in consistency as the non-waterproof version. It was a smooth application with good, even coverage and I was able to move onto the second coating without any de-clumping. I noticed there was a surge of volume with the second layer but definitely nothing close to the effect I created with the original. However, this mascara is a dream to apply and it stayed in place all day, despite my frolicking in the swimming pool! I found my lashes actually felt quite soft, which is very unusual with a waterproof mascara as it normally makes then dry and spiky.
