# Nick Lachey Responds to Those Nude Photos

After [siccing the lawyer](https://theblemish.com/2007/07/nick-and-vanessa-had-sex-in-a-jacuzzi/) on gossip rags and websites, Nick Lachey cashes in on the attention _downplaying_ the supposed hardcore sex photos of him and Vanessa Minnillo [in a hot tub](https://theblemish.com/2007/06/nick-and-vanessa-are-naked/).

“Where’s the [scandal](https://allwomenstalk.com/10-most-important-celebrity-scandals-in-2010/)?” Lachey told OK! magazine. “I was in Mexico with my girlfriend of a year, celebrating our anniversary on a private vacation. It’s not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We’ve all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We’ve all made mistakes.”

Thats weird. First he says he hasn’t done anything wrong, then he calls it a mistake. Ok dude. You slammed the ovaries out of Vanessa Minnillo and now have proof. It’s not like you were stabbing the locals with a fork. You might as well leak the pictures yourself so people don’t think you’re a complete homo. If a photog caught me eviscerating Christina Aguilera’s box, I’d march right up to him and ask for portrait and wallet sizes.
