First two are false. That's the fastest way to lose muscle and still have fat maybe even more because your body might think you're starving and keep anything you intake

daily exercise...work out for 15mins and stop eating the food has a chemical..because there are a lots of adding chemical to taste to make it flavor and taste delicious.and drink some detoks.every day.

You can lift heavy weights for definition if you are consuming too few calories, this also goes for cardio you can do HIIT if your not eating enough
