# Lose Weight While Watching TV ...

It isn’t just men who are guilty of leading a mostly sedentary lifestyle** **and succumbing to the temptations of being a couch** **potato. Women** **can easily fall into this trap, too.

I admit that I do have this TV addiction -I spend hours in front of the television** **watching sitcoms, “Grey’s Anatomy” and other [TV](https://allwomenstalk.com/9-things-to-do-besides-watching-tv/) series - even when they’re reruns!

What’s someone like me to do to finally get rid of this sedentary lifestyle?
