Blige & U2 ALWAYS ON YOUR SIDE - Sheryl Crow & Sting PROMISCUOUS - Nelly Furtado & Timbaland HIPS DON'T LIE - Shakira & Wyclef Jean **8.10pm** legendary singer **joan baez** introduces one of my favorite bands **the dixie chicks** - gosh i love them and natalie's darker hair looks fab! (they're up for five grammy awards tonight!) **8.18pm** i love how **prince** got to introduce my gal **beyonce** who is taking to the stage to sing her 'dreamgirls' song **listen** (gosh who doesn't love that SNL skit 'the prince show' w/ beyonce co-hosting?) **8.22pm** next up is **the black eyed peas** presenting the award for... **BEST R&B ALBUM** THE BREAKTHROUGH -Mary J. Blige) JESUS, TAKE THE WHEEL (Carrie Underwood) NOT READY TO MAKE NICE (Dixie Chicks) **{winner}** (rock on!!!)PUT YOUR RECORDS ON (Corinne Bailey Rae) YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL (James Blunt) GRAMMY FASHIONS #3 **9.19pm** two gals are on stage from 'how i met your mother' are talking about **the grateful dead** & introduced **gnarls barkley**'s performance of his hit song 'crazy' - i love how CBS pimped out their own lame show on this one... **9.25pm** **common** & **kayne west** are together presenting the award for... **BEST RAP ALBUM** LUPE FIASCO'S FOOD & LIQUOR - Lupe Fiasco RELEASE THERAPY - Ludacris **{winner}** IN MY MIND - Pharrell GAME THEORY - The Roots KING T.I. **9.33pm** thank heavens the show is about half over...it's not bad but of course it's the whole award show 'bore syndrome' - but we're being injected now with a little mid-way pick me up...**terrence howard** is introducing our dear **mary j. blige** who is doing a slightly different but cool spin to her song **be without you** - all hail queen mary!!! **9.39pm** we've got **mandy moore**, **luke wilson**, and a pulled back **leann rimes** presenting the award for... **BEST COUNTRY ALBUM** TAKING THE LONG WAY - Dixie Chicks **{winner}** LIKE RED ON A ROSE - Alan Jackson THE ROAD TO HERE - Little Big Town YOU DON'T KNOW ME: THE SONGS OF CINDY WALKER -Willie Nelson YOUR MAN - Josh Turner GRAMMY FASHIONS #4 **9.48pm** screw **reba mcentire**! she fucking annoys me (my mom was all oh you don't like her? i was like ummm not really) she's introducing **carrie underwood** who got stuck singing some sorta country tribute...**faith hill** is some wear pounding her fists into a pillow - this would have been the perfect thing for her to do but she has been pushed aside by ms. underwood...now we've got **rascal flats** paying tribute to **the eagles** (who i do love) but right now this whole segement is a snooze fest...and now ms. underwood is back with a performance of 'desperado' which is one of my favorite songs ever! and now rascal is back up joined by carrie - oh man this whole bit is carrying on way too long! **10.00pm** ms. **natalie cole** & lifetime achievement recipient jazz legend **ornette coleman** are presenting the award for... **BEST NEW ARTIST** JAMES BLUNT CHRIS BROWN IMOGEN HEAP CORINNE BAILEY RAE CARRIE UNDERWOOD **{winner}** GRAMMY FASHIONS #5 **10.09pm** **[black snake moan](https://goo.gl/rVt04g)** stars **samuel l. jackson** & **christina ricci** are up introducing legend **smokey robinson** who is rocking one of the tightest faces of the evening who turns 67 on february 19th! and now there's **lionel richie** (who turns 58 this year) singing my favorite song of his ever - oh hello - is it me your looking for?!? third person up (the grammys is all about threes this year!) is **chris brown** who is 'running for it' at age 17! **10.17pm** **christina aguilera** is up singing but she put back on her tired signature red lipstick (i fucking loved the pink lips she was rocking on the red carpet) - but i'll say that girl has a set of pipes on her! **10.26pm** some boring grammy guy is up on stage yammering away... GRAMMY FASHIONS #6 **10.30pm** in memoriam section (there has been no mention of **anna nicole** by anyone tonight) **10.38pm** **rihanna** & **david spade** (new couple alert?) are up introducing **ludacris** & **mary j. blige** performing their current hit **runaway love**...mary looks hot with her hair down and in red - on fuego!!! **10.43pm** how adorable is **james blunt**? he's up singing his song **you're beautiful** - oh i could eat him with a spoon - i love the brit boys! **10.52pm** our darling **jennifer hudson** is about to announce the winner of 'my grammy moment' - **robyn troup** won and is about to take the stage with my boyfriend **justin timberlake** - she can look but she can't touch! GRAMMY FASHIONS #7 **10.59pm** we're close to being in overtime mode - here we've got **quentin tarantino** & **tony bennett** presenting the big award for... **RECORD OF THE YEAR** BE WITHOUT YOU - Mary J. Blige; Bryan-Michael Cox, producer YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL - James Blunt; Tom Rothrock, producer NOT READY TO MAKE NICE - Dixie Chicks; Rick Rubin, producer **{winner}** CRAZY - Gnarls Barkley; Danger Mouse, producer PUT YOUR RECORDS ON - Corinne Bailey Rae; Steve Chrisanthou, producer **11.08pm** **chris rock** is up introducing my dear **red hot chili peppers** who are peforming their awesome song 'snow (hey oh)' - whatever you may think of this band nowadays - you have to admit they've got staying power and i can't wait to see them perform at **[coachella](https://coachella.com/)** (i'm pretty sure i'll be going this year one way or another) **11.14pm** oh my gosh the show must be over soon...right now we've got **queen latifah** & **al gore** are up at the podium giving out the award for... **BEST ROCK ALBUM** TRY! - John Mayer Trio HIGHWAY COMPANION - Tom Petty BROKEN BOY SOLDIERS - The Raconteurs STADIUM ARCADIUM - Red Hot Chili Peppers **{winner}** (woo hoo!!!) LIVING WITH WAR - Neil Young GRAMMY FASHIONS #8 **11.23pm** what?!? **scarlett johansson** is recording her first album? oh my goodness give me a fucking break - stick to acting honey - oh how lame! anyways she's with **don henley** giving out (oh yes) the final award of the evening... **ALBUM OF THE YEAR** TAKING THE LONG WAY - Dixie Chicks **{winner}** (well deserved) ST.
