Justin Timberlake's Southern Cooking in the Big Apple

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE brought the South to the North on Wednesday night as he opened his brand-new barbeque restaurant on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

“If you can’t make it to Memphis, we’ll bring Memphis to you!” Justin says.

Tennessee native Justin and his business partner, TRACE AYALA, celebrated the opening of Southern Hospitality by noshing on menu items like crab and corn fritters, fried green tomatoes and Memphis spare ribs. And they didn’t skimp on the desserts!

“They’re straight from my grandmother so they’re guaranteed to be good!” Justin says of some of the sweet treats.

The tasty event brought out A-listers like SETH GREEN, LANCE BASS and JAMIE-LYNN SIGLER.

The 135-seat, 3,0000-square-foot Memphis-style BBQ restaurant will open to the public on July 19.

The multi-talented singer, actor and entrepreneur recently launched a record label, Tennman Records, and also has a clothing line, William Rast.
