You can take this dish two times a day. This dish contains-

• 2 ¼ cups of nonfat milk
• 3 ½ cups of quartered strawberries
• 1 sprig of fresh mint
• ¾ scoop of protein powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons substitute of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa-powder, and
• some crushed ice

How to prepare:

Place cocoa powder, strawberries, milk, sugar substitute, protein powder and mint in blender and grind till the mixture becomes fine. Put the crushed ice in glasses and enjoy this healthy liquid diet.
