Yes!!! I'm 38! I swear by Murad vitamin C line of products. They really work wonders. People are usually surprised when I admit my age. I've had a routine going since my early 20's. NEVER forget your sunscreen.

... And stay hydrated. So many people forget the importance of water. Water helps your body in so many ways, especially helping your completion. 😘

Exfoliating is key

What about vitamin E on skin the woman at the drug store told me

Don't exfoliate so much! You'll tear up your skin. 2 times a week would be better so you remove the dead skin cells but don't damage your healthy ones.

There are many more that comes to it.. Good food, exercise n drink water!!Thanks for the article😊

A few criticisms from a beauty therapist in training who is just about to finish this part in her course. Exfoliate 2-3 times A WEEK. Not every day, yes it removes dead skin, but give you skin time or you'll be hurting new skin. And really talk to your dermatologist or beauty therapist, peels are only once a week for certain skin types for a certain time period and is usually only two to three weeks between treatments because otherwise it can cause sensitisation, same with hyloronic acid in products, over time it will become too harsh and cause sensitisation. Be cautious ladies.
