Halloween is almost around the corner and I cannot wait! I am already planning my little girl's costume. We are big World of Warcraft fans, so I am thinking of dressing her up as a char from WoW. Check Your Candy

Before the candy is touched, it NEEDS to be checked. There are some sick people out there that will poison the candy or put razor blades in it. As a general rule, if it looks slightly open, just toss it in the trash.

Hold Your Kid's Hands
Of course, I am a firm believer in holding the child's hand when in public. You will never find me not doing this in public. I know that there are predators out there and my little girl also knows this, because I told her.

Make Yourself Visible in the Dark
There are many things that will help to make yourself visible in the dark. There are some pretty cool glow sticks, necklaces and even glow in the dark paints you can put on your child. Make sure you also have a flashlight with you.
