8 Healthy Breakfast Cereals ...

I eat a bowl of cereal every single morning, and if I miss a morning, I’m out of whack all day. But I don’t eat junk food cereal, I eat a cereal that’s going to give me fiber, energy, and not be high in sugar or contain trans fats. It’s not easy to find a good, nutritious breakfast cereal, though, which is why I’ve done some digging, and made this list of 8 healthy breakfast cereals… and they’re all delicious, too!
