Often I find that if I have chocolate bars or cakes in my house then I will eat them but if they are not there then I do not crave for them. So why not try removing all of these types of items from your home and this should help stop your craving them.
5 Use Honey in Your Cooking or Eat It by Itself

Honey is very similar to fruit, mention in tip number three, and is very good for you. It contains natural sugars that your body does not need to work at breaking down. You can use it in your cup of tea as a substitute for sugar or in many of your cooking recipes.

Fruit harbours a lot of natural sugar which is good for your body, so what not try substituting some of your artificial sugar with this. In my opinion fruit does give you a lot of energy and it makes you feel healthier too.

So many people do not take the time to think about the damage that all of this sugar is doing to their teeth. Sweets, chocolate, cakes and other sugary goods, if eaten in large quantities can cause cavities and even cause your teeth to rot. In my opinion there are a lot tastier foods out there that do not have the same damaging effects on our bodies.
