The reason for this is that the site looks as though not much effort has gone into it and the impression given is that the owners do not care much about what they have to say. If the owners do not care then why should the website visitors. ## 4. Break up Long Pieces of Text When people click onto websites, the first impressions matter most. In my opinion if a website contains a long chunk of writing then they are unlikely to hang around to read what it has to say. However, if the same information is presented in smaller paragraphs then people are likely to take the time to read as it is made easier to digest. ## 3.
