Not only are both of these bad for your health, but also for the baby’s. When you are trying to become pregnant, it’s wise to start changing your habits well before the baby arrives. It’s also hard to keep track of the actual date of conception. This means you might not know you are already pregnant and end up drinking a few beers one night. It’s best to try and give your baby a healthy start as soon as possible. Try to get your body ready for pregnancy in advance. There are a lot of changes it will have to go through and you need to be as healthy as possible.
