I work out regularly, at least four times a week for an hour or more. At first, it wasn’t easy, and so many times I wanted to quit. 1. I Have a Great Body

I started working out in earnest because bikini season was approaching, and I always loathe how I look in a swimsuit. While working out did help me tone up a few stubborn spots, overall, my body looks pretty much the same — but working with it has made me appreciate it more, and for the first time in my entire adult life, I think I have a great body.
