Exercise
Groan, I know. But aside of getting healthy and fit, exercise really does make you feel better. I can promise you this, because I've actually kept up with my New Year's resolution to exercise and/or be active every single day. It does make me feel better, and because I feel better, I look better – even when I'm just running around in my pajamas!

Eating well leads to feeling well, and feeling well leads to looking great. Now, I'm going to put my own spin on this one: you need to eat foods that are good for you, but tell me the truth. Don't you sometimes feel sumptuous and sensual and sexy when you eat the right kind of chocolate? I rest my case.

Give to Others
Being generous with others is a great way to feel good about yourself. Making others feel good, helping them out, being kind, and so on, just makes you feel really great. After all, you're doing someone nice for someone, either because you love them or because they need it.

Love Yourself
This is important above all others. This is the best makeover you can get. If you love yourself and every little thing about you, who cares what anyone else thinks? In fact, the more you love yourself, the more love you will inspire. You have to know that you're beautiful inside and out, you have to believe in that. It will show through everything you do and say.
