I have totally cut down Coffee. This days I only drink green tea or plain water to feel refreshed. I need to pay closer attention to sunscreen.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you All! Wishing you lots of fun with the work outs I am hearing about. Actually, I also am getting myself better disciplined and plan to resume my daily walking, and to start my Fat Smashing Diet (this one in Feb. most likely...after all the cookies are gone).

i am 5'6 1/2 and weigh 137 pounds. yikes. am going to work out every day and drink lots of water and not eat over 1100 calories a day; hope it works! i REALLY want to loose some weight any tips?

Resist cookies temptation and go exercise more often. At least this is what my body wants :))
