Ricky Gervais was the host of this year's Golden Globes. And as with any comedian hosting an awards show, some jokes were a hit and some were obviously not.

Alice: I saw the show. I didn't see the whole thing cus it got kinda boring. Ricky Gervais was not a every good host. Some of his jocks..... hmmm tacky, not appropriate for the Golden Globes. The highlight of the show was Up winning 2 awards, Meryl Streep winning her award, and Robert Downey Jr winning his award. As much as I love Sandra Bullock, I don't think she should have won.
Amy: I saw like half the show.. commercials were so irritating.. It was a little boring and the speeches dragged on foreverrr. I'm SO happy glee won! When they were about to announce, I kept saying GLEEGLEEGLEEGLEEGLEE over and over until they won WOOOO! Avatar won.. and they deserved it. (:
Theo: I literally missed the show since I was meeting up with friends who were visiting but saw the pictures and loved Sandra Bullock's whole look! I'm into purple but it can look a bit crazy when placed a poufy gown. Girlfriend made it work! My mom was smitten with January Jones though! The black with her blue eyes and red lips was gorgeous! Christina Hendricks = va va vroom power as well! :)
